Exclusivity: None required under the Hollander Component SearchTM model. We perform the tasks that you select and invoice for each component upon completion. Guarantees: We guarantee accurate and timely execution of the tasks that you select. We do not guarantee overall timing or the outcome of any tasks that we do not perform, or the result and/or timing of the overall recruitment process. Fees and Invoicing: Under the Hollander Component SearchTM process model, tasks are priced per the component descriptions (see the links at the left for Components & Pricing: Typical Set or Components & Pricing: Full Set). We invoice upon completion of each selected component. Direct Reimbursable Expenses: Pre-authorized by you or your designee. Invoiced with full itemization and receipts at cost (i.e., no markup) at the time when we incur the cost. Payment Terms: Pre-authorized by you or your designee.
